Our bikes are shipped 90% assembled. To ensure safety and performance, we include a comprehensive tool kit and a step-by-step assembly video, or you can take it to a local bike shop for professional setup.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your electric bikes?
Every MOD BIKES purchase includes a 1-year limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We offer free shipping on all electric bikes within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days.
Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
Are the batteries removable for charging?
Yes, all MOD BIKES feature high-capacity lithium-ion batteries that are secured with a lock and key, allowing you to easily remove them for convenient indoor charging.
